Holiday Experiences at MM Kitchen Studio

Meet our NEW Holiday Experiences - inspired by being raised in Italy and France and my continued culinary travels.

Please take a look, and as with all events at MM Kitchen Studio, the menus are completely customizable.

THE BEEFSTEAK DINNER
Stemming from a NYC tradition, our Beefsteak Dinner invites guests to an evening filled with an abundance of beef, bourbon, and beer. Guests will first enjoy a festive cocktail hour, then head upstairs, don aprons and paper hats, and enjoy premium beef cuts in a lively family-style setting.

THE ITALIAN FEAST
Like the comforting meals I cherished during my childhood in Italy, this menu invites guests to delve into the warm, wholesome, aromatic flavors emblematic of the Italian countryside.

THE FRENCH COUNTRYSIDE
Growing up, some of my fondest memories were formed around the dinner table in Southern France, savoring my grandmother's home-cooked meals. This menu brings those cherished recipes to life, capturing the elegant essence of France while embracing the hearty flavors I remember so well.

THE MEDITERRANEAN
This Mediterranean-inspired menu comes from my extensive travels throughout Spain, Morocco, Italy, Greece, and the Middle East. The fragrant and wide variety of spices, nuts, and olive oil, plus the diverse array of meat and fish, have influenced this dynamic four-course dinner.

THE SPANISH DINNER
I love Spain. The cuisine is down-to-earth, often uncomplicated, and many of the dishes are prepared today using the same cooking methods and ingredients as they were two or three hundred years ago.

All of that inspired this dinner, and I cannot wait to share that with you and your guests.

THE AMALFI COAST DINNER
My Amalfi Coast Dinner is a testament to the region's sun-soaked flavors and coastal charm. Guests will experience the true essence of Italy's southern coastline as it comes alive on their plates.
