Porchetta Sandwich Shop is Chef Marc Murphy's Italian Street Food stand available at Citi Field for The New York's Met's Baseball ticket holders.
Marc Murphy is a Chef & Restaurateur who has been cooking for over 30 years. Son of a globetrotting diplomat, he’s honed his craft in kitchens worldwide.
He has opened three restaurant concepts to rave reviews: Ditch Plains, Grey/Salt, and Landmarc, and is currently working on a fourth, Marcelino.

DITCH PLAINS
Ditch Plains is a simple yet stylish Hampton fish shack and oyster bar that pays homage to Marc’s summer days walking in the sand and eating fresh lobster rolls in Montauk. The restaurant’s mood is aquatic, evoking a sense of casual cool while surpassing all design and culinary standards.
LANDMARC
Marc Murphy teamed up with his wife Pamela Schein Murphy to open their much anticipated first restaurant Landmarc, in Tribeca, to much success. Part bistro, part trattoria this casual hotspot is for all people and courts all appetites. Pasta dishes like spaghetti alla carbonara vie with a perfectly cooked pan-roasted chicken and roasted bone marrow.
GREY SALT
The menu at Grey Salt takes its inspiration from Marc’s childhood, highlighting items that trace back to his French heritage and Itanlian roots. With a focus on locally sourced fresh seafood, the menu will feature artisan flatbreads, handmade pastas as well as rotisserie and grilled meats.
MARCOLINO
Marcolino evokes the feeling of being in a piazza with the best Italian pizza and panini at your fingertips. Its authentic flavors with quality ingredients take you straight to Europe. Enjoy a focaccia pizza topped with creamy burrata, hand-sliced mortadella, and pistachios drizzled with fine Umbrian olive oil.
