Sherry-Dijon Vinaigrette with a Spicy Italian Kick
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
6 tablespoons Umbrian Gold olive oil
½ teaspoon Diavolo seasoning (adjust to taste)
¼ teaspoon Chef’s Best Friend (salt & pepper blend)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the sherry vinegar, Dijon mustard, Diavolo seasoning, and Chef’s Best Friend.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking until the vinaigrette is fully emulsified.
Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
