After spending his formative years touring the world with The New York City Ballet, Peter Hansen left the life of a dancer for the life as a rock star after an injury took him from the stage. His experiences as a dancer and on the New York City rock circuit (CBGB included), required an extreme level of discipline, long hours, the willingness to take direction from a number of sources and the ability to shake it off, step onstage and perform — not unlike working in the restaurant industry, which Peter dove into in 2002, coming to work with Marc Murphy at Landmarc (Tribeca) in 2004.
