MEET THE TEAM: THOMAS ALLEN

GENERAL MANAGER

Thomas Allen grew up in Long Island and graduated from Villanova University with a B.S in Finance and minors in Criminal Justice and Sociology. His career took a turn, though, and he entered the world of hospitality at 19 and never looked back. He worked his way through almost every restaurant position — busser, prep cook, manager — in restaurants from Charlotte to Chicago, Philadelphia to New York City. Today, Allen lives in Tampa with his wife and two kids.
