Spicy Caramelized Onion Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 large onions, thinly sliced and caramelized

1 tsp Diavlo seasoning (adjust to taste)

Salt & pepper (Burlap & Barrel’s Chefs Best Friend), to taste

1 tbsp chopped fresh chives (plus more for garnish)

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine sour cream and softened cream cheese until smooth.

Stir in the caramelized onions, Diavlo seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Mix in the chopped chives. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or Diavlo if needed.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra chives and serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
