In the style of his popular pop-up restaurant Marc179, guests will enjoy a four-course prix fixe menu, with each course paired with a different vintage, culminating in the latest 2020 release. We served this Olive Oil Cake at @marc179NYC last week, and it was a hit, so I wanted to share it here! This orange-scented olive oil cake is excellent on its own or with ice cream or fresh whipped cream. Use good quality olive oil, like @umbriangold, though - it makes all the difference.
